We offer 15 spacious units all with cooking facilities. Including studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units.

- Extra adults will be charged at $20 per night per person ($15 an extra child under 13 years old)

Type 2: 1 queen-size bed in the room and 1single-size beds at lounge, caters maximum of 3-4 people.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
When confirmed reservations are cancelled within 48 hours prior to check-in time (1pm), they will incur a cancellation charge of one night's accommodation. If credit card details are held, this charge will be debited against the credit card number. If a deposit has been paid then this will become non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
No-show and late-cancellation will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. All confirmed bookings must be cancelled 2 days before arrival to avoid charges for a no-show or late-cancellation.
Confirmation Policy
No reservation will be confirmed or guaranteed unless a valid credit card number or a deposit of one night's accommodation for each unit is received.
Check-in/out Time
Check-in is available from 1pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or late check-out are available by arrangement only.
Payment Method
Acapulco Motel accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. Payments made by EFTPOS or cash must be made in advance and a deposit will be requested in the absence of a valid credit card number. Please note, Acapulco Motel does not accept payment by cheque unless arrangements have been made with management.
Final Payment
Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with management. Unpaid accounts will be liable for any collection costs incurred by Acapulco Motel. Penalty interest of 1% for each month that the account remains overdue will be charged.
Visiting Hours
Visiting hours are from 10am to 8pm everyday. No visitor is allowed to stay in a room after 8pm unless prior arrangement has been made. For other guests' rest, no loud talking is allowed after 9pm. Anyone who is complained about regarding noise will receive a warning from management. If no further action is taken to control noise, management reserves the right to ask those responsible for the noise to check out without refund.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in any of the designated 'No smoking' rooms and areas of the property. Smoking in-room will incur charges of appropriate cleaning and loss of income.
Additional Charges
The following costs will be charged to the group booking account should the need be apparent:
- Lost keys: $20 per key
- Dry cleaning of duvets or bedspreads: cost of special clean
- Additional room cleaning surcharge: cost of special clean
- Carpet cleaning: cost of special clean
- Damage to rooms: cost of repair
- Breakages: cost of replacement
- Missing chattels: cost of replacement
- Return of lost property: cost of courier/postage
